Well known actor, musician and raconteur Fergus Cleary's first venture into playwriting comes to The Balor

Featuring a cast of eleven, Where Are The Parents tells the story of hard working lorry driver Joe Boyle (Eoghan MacGiollaBhride) and his wife Bridie (Mairead Hennessy) and the trials and tribulations of bringing up a teenage family in the impoverished era of the mid 80's.

Combining realism, pathos and not a little of humour Fergus takes a captivating and unique slant on the realities of rural family life during the last Irish recession. 

With many a twist and turn yet entirely realistic and believable throughout, this new work carries a striking relevancy to the times we live in today which will resonate especially with the Donegal audience.
