Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
The Group ended a brilliantly successful
run of the musical, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers in An Grianán Theatre on Saturday 16th November.
The group were delighted to have packed the theatre each night. The show
was completely sold out before it started on Tuesday 12th November
and apologise to all those patrons who couldn't get a seat to see the show.
On Saturday night Pluincéad Ó Fearraigh,
producer of the musical, thanked all the many people who contributed to make it
possible that a show like Seven Brides for Seven Brothers could be such a success. He paid special thanks
to all who sponsored the musical - especially Donegal Creameries, The Courtyard
Shopping Centre, PacifiCare International and Magees Chemist who were the main
nightly sponsors: Donegal Oil Co. who sponsored the radio ad and all companies
who took out ads in the programme. He thanked all the production team, cast and
their families and all who gave the use of props and costume and to anyone who
helped in any way to get Seven Brides for Seven Brothers on the stage.
