Buddy - the Buddy Holly Story

The Letterkenny Music and Drama Group produced the fabulous musical Buddy – the Buddy Holly Story in An Grianán Theatre in Letterkenny from the 4th – 8th December 2007.

Buddy – the Buddy Holly Story tells of the three years in which he became the world’s leading recording artist. The show features over 20 of Buddy Holly’s greatest hits –including Peggy Sue, That’ll be the Day, Raining in my Heart, Oh Boy, Rave On, Heartbeat etc. Buddy has been dubbed “The World’s most successful Rock ‘n’ Roll musical. "

The show was a great succes for the group with the audiences up dancing in the aisles and in their seats each night.Many came to see it a second time and some declared it the best show they had seen in An Grianán since it opened - high praise indeed!!
